NATIONAL CADET CORPS
- Our school has always been motivating students to become responsible members of the society and to render selfless service to nation with loyalty & dedication. NCC training instills qualities like Nationalism, Patriotism, Discipline, Team Spirit, Leadership, Self-Confidence etc.
- Our Troop is attached with 1 TN R&V SQN NCC, VEPERY HQ Madras 'A'. under TAMILNADU, PONDICHERRY & ANDAMAN DIRECTORATE.
- There are 33 boy Cadets and 17 girl cadets in our troop.27 of our cadets are going to appear for the Certificate 'A' exam this academic year 2023-2024.
- Our Cadets A M YUGHESWAR got 3rd prize and R GIRIPRASAD and H D MOHIT PRIYADARSHAN received special prize in the Veterinary Day quiz.
- 28 Cadets took part in the Drug Awareness programme at Anna Auditorium.In connection with EK BHARAT SHRESHTHA BHARAT, 20 Cadets took part in the cleanliness drive in Tiruvetteeswarar temple and Border Garden.
- In connection with Puneet Sagar Abhiyan, beach cleaning activity was done by 25 Cadets at Adyar Coast. On the occasion of Vijay Diwas, 18 of our Cadets paid homage at the War Memorial.
- 27 of our Cadets attended the Annual Training Camp at SPECIAL POLICE III BATTALION, Veerapuram, Avadi. Our cadets have won 22 prizes in various individual events including Firing, Solo drill etc.
